How to Navigate Crucial Conversations in Today’s Lab

Have you ever had a conversation in the lab that left you frustrated or did not lead to the expected results?

Our panelists, subject matter experts in communication, will provide us with strategies to work through every day communication difficulties with colleagues, department leaders or employees as well as staff outside the lab. Learn about improving inter and intra-departmental communication, avoiding assumptions and managing conflict in the workplace.

Dinner will be provided.
